Pastry Class 101 Was Spectacular!

Chef Michael Maddox taught us how to make pie crust, meringue, pastry cream, creme brulee, and pate a choux (cream puff dough). We even got to finish the meringue and creme brulee with the chef’s torch. Thanks to everyone who came out!
