ReachedSpoiler alert! This is the final book in a trilogy, and some spoilers for the first two books are in this review.

“The Society is dying, and it is our time now.”

At the end of Crossed, Cassia and Ky were assigned their posts within the Rising, and we found out Xander had been part of the Rising since before Cassia left Oria. Now they’re all in place for the final phase of the Rising’s revolution. They just had no idea how far the Rising would go to take down the Society. What will Cassia, Ky, and Xander have to pay to gain the freedom to choose the course of their own lives?

My Review: So much happens in this book, but I don’t want to spoil the finale of the Matched series for you! Lots of questions get answered, like who put Ky in the Matching pool, what’s the ‘red garden day,’ and how the Society and Rising have been interconnected. But not everything will be neatly tied up in a bow, either. There’s just enough left unanswered for you to take the story and imagine the many possible futures that Cassia, Ky, and Xander could have. If you liked the first two books in the series, you can’t miss Reached! I’d say Matched was a romantic journey, Crossed was a dangerous journey, and Reached is the journey that just may lead to a destination.
